Eboni Strings - Musicians/Educators

Besides being performers, Eboni Strings pride themselves in being music educators and mentors who develop the talents of children of today so that they may become the musicians of tomorrow.

Eboni Strings served as clinicians for the National Black Music Caucus Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, Nashville, Tennessee and for the Music Educators National Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They have also given numerous recitals and workshops at local colleges and schools.

Instrumental music programs are disappearing throughout the country. Our mission is to keep music alive by encouraging and developing students' musical expressions, stimulating and increasing their cultural and creative music interests which in turn contributes to the positive development of urban youth. Our goal is to support the desires of children in the community that wish to play a musical instrument but lack the financial resources.
