Eboni Strings takes you on a musical journey with their diverse blend of musical styles ranging from classical to rhythm & blues. Kathleen Thomas (violin/arranger) and Tanya Murphy (violin) are the artistic innovators behind Eboni Strings. From the lush harmonies of Misty to the pulsating funky beat of Earth Wind & Fire's Getaway, Eboni Strings consistently delivers a powerful musical experience that is guaranteed to entertain.

Adding to the Eboni Strings sound has been world-renowned jazz violinist John Blake, Daniel DeJesus (cello), Elizabeth Thomas and Selena Velez (viola).

Eboni Strings have lent their talents to such artists as Patti Labelle, Natalie Cole, Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Smokey Robinson, George Benson, Barry White and many more. They have also appeared in the Sony PBS special Love Train: The Sound of Philadelphia.
